Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Offered in partnership with Insight Ketamine

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) combines the therapeutic use of ketamine with guided psychotherapy to support deep healing, emotional processing, and personal transformation. At Bhakti Heart, Niccole Toral, MA, LPCC, CDWF, TEP, offers compassionate and intentional support before, during, and after the medicine experience—helping clients move through their healing journey with clarity, grounding, and integration.

Niccole’s approach is rooted in her years of experience as a licensed therapist and her training in shamanic healing, Bhakti Flow Yoga, and earth-based traditions. She brings a warm, steady presence to this work, meeting each client with deep respect and care. Whether preparing for a ketamine session, integrating insights afterward, or processing what arises in the weeks that follow, Niccole offers a therapeutic container where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Studies continue to show that Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies—including ketamine—can offer significant relief or even full remission from conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more, especially when other treatments have fallen short. However, the medicine experience alone is not enough.

Why Integration Matters

One of the most vital—yet often overlooked—elements of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy is integration. Without intentional support after the session, the insights and shifts that arise during the medicine experience can fade or feel disjointed. In Niccole’s practice, integration is not an afterthought—it’s a continuation of the healing process.

Her integration work is immersive and personalized, designed to help clients build on the momentum of their ketamine session and bring those insights into embodied, lasting change. Through reflection, grounding practices, creative expression, and ongoing dialogue, clients are supported in making meaning of their experience and aligning it with their daily lives.

Integration enhances the therapeutic potential of ketamine. It deepens engagement in the healing process, strengthens emotional resilience, and helps clients move forward with purpose and intention.
